SUBLIME, our cafe concept-space housed within Again Vintage, shares exceptional locally-roasted coffee + espresso from AAPI + woman-owned roaster Driftaway, as well as hand-crafted immunity + microbiome-boosting herbal beverages, and a small assortment of gluten-free, processed-sugar free, and dairy-free baked goods, weekend sandwiches, and specialty pastries.
SUBLIME is also home to Pantry by SUBLIME, a thoughtfully curated collection of nutrient-dense essentials that will raise the standard of your kitchen (and the health of your microbiome). The full pantry, like the housemade mylks used at SUBLIME, is gluten-free, industrialized seed-oil free, dye + additive-free, and processed sugar-free.
Driftaway Coffee + Espresso
Our roasting partner is a BIPOC woman-led, small-batch, award-winning coffee roastery based in Brooklyn, sourcing coffee from smallholder farmers around the world. Our single-estate coffee is sourced from Chikmagalur Ratnagiri, in India. And our Regenerative-Organic-Certified espresso beans are sourced by Sacaclí Cooperative, in Nicaragua.
Kettl Matcha
We partner with Kettl to offer the highest-grade Japanese matcha tea to our guests.
Kettl has spent the last decade developing relationships with Japan's most celebrated isolated & rural tea-producing farms.
We offer a first harvest leaves, vibrant green, floral matcha sourced from Nishio, Aichi.
Hugo Tea
We offer masterful tea blends and whole-leaf teas through our partner Hugo Tea. They’ve bought 100% of their tea leaves direct from farmers for nearly a decade. They source their teas primarily from China, Nepal, and Japan.
We serve an assortment of black, green, and herbal tisanes for guests to enjoy.

AGAIN VINTAGE OBJECTS
In sourcing our newer objects primarily from local makers, beauty and sustainability are key priorities for Again Vintage. We focus on independent or rare designers who maintain an emphasis on craft and artistry as an ethos, regardless of trend.
Some of our current features include Slow Burn’s handmade beeswax candles, Looshi’s organic intention incense, textiles from Caravan Home Decor, and an assortment of new books by (mostly) local authors.
