Again is a Brooklyn-based shop, curating both vintage and sustainable objects for home and gift.
The shop is also the home of Sublime Coffee + Plant Potions, a cafe concept space that shares exceptional locally-roasted coffee + espresso from AAPI + woman-owned roaster Driftaway, as well as hand-crafted herbal beverages, and a small assortment of gluten-free, processed-sugar free, and dairy-free baked goods and pastries.
Our retro, vintage, and antique objects are interwoven with newer objects in our collection to form an ongoing dialogue centering wander & delight, environmental consciousness, art & style, and intentional design. Our found objects are sourced from our time spent around our home in The Catskills, as well as through our regular travels to Japan and The Mediterranean.
In sourcing our newer objects primarily from local makers, beauty and sustainability are key priorities for Again. We focus on independent or rare designers who maintain an emphasis on craft and artistry as an ethos, regardless of trend.
Our Values
We actively step away from Western culture’s busyness, need for independence, and over-production of poorly made pieces. We consciously move towards valuing the interconnectedness between our shop, our local community, and our Earth. We are thrilled by giving new life to old objects.
We believe that intentional & elevated design, slow quality, joyful living, and the exploration & development of personal style should be attainable to anyone seeking it.
